A graduate of Political Science from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile- Ife, Osun State (1992), MBA from Ekiti State University formerly University of Ado-Ekiti, Ado-Ekiti, Ekiti State (2004) Rufus possesses critical thinking, excellent marketing, organizational, team leadership and planning skills.

This consummate marketer started his working career as a Sales Officer with Doyin Pharmaceutical company in 1994 and worked with several other companies including Famad Plc as a Marketing Executive in 2006 before joining Bemil Nigeria Limited in 2006 as Senior Marketing Executive. Extremely hardworking, Rufus was seconded to Omega Funeral Homes in 2008 as Senior Marketing Executive and through hard work and performance was elevated to the postion of  Head, Ota Location in 2015.
