Rufus holds a degree in Political Science from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, Osun State (1992), and an MBA from Ekiti State University (formerly University of Ado-Ekiti), Ado-Ekiti, Ekiti State (2004). With strong skills in critical thinking, marketing, organization, and team leadership, Rufus excels in his professional role.

Rufus started his career as a Sales Officer at Doyin Pharmaceutical Company in 1994. Over the years, he worked with several companies, including Famad Plc as a Marketing Executive in 2006. That same year, he joined Bemil Nigeria Limited as a Senior Marketing Executive. His dedication and outstanding performance led to his secondment to Omega Funeral Homes in 2008 as a Senior Marketing Executive. Rufus’ hard work earned him a promotion to Head of the Ota Location in 2015, and in 2023, he was appointed as the Acting General Manager.
