This is just to say a massive thank you to the staff and management of Omega funeral homes for the outstanding service rendered to my family. Sending the ‘General’ home was made easy by your well coordinated team. The staff were amazing, from the Customer service lady who understood her role, to the team members who treated us with utmost respect, Compassion and were quite prompt, Professional and proactive in discharging their duties. the happy demeanour of the pall bearers was contagious. They brightened the atmosphere and constantly reminded us that we are to celebrate a life well spent. I was deliberate when I used the word ‘Proactive’. From the Casket design, to the availability of the Hearse of our choosing and all the last minute adjustments which they never complained about but was very supportive and ready to help. You guys are awesome. A big thanks to the LASTMA outrider service as well. It was top-notch.

From the first contact of enquiry, to my visit to the business site, I was pleasantly surprised that there is such an organisation in Nigeria. The facilities in my opinion are world class.
My first impression was that this place is very neat and tidy (including the rest room - little details like this goes a long way in my opinion).

Easy to locate but half of the road I will suggest using a truck or high vehicle to go there, very spacious funeral home, lovely staff, very spacious cemetery and incarceration place, affordable service, affordable package but their vault is still affordable but not cheap.. I love the fact that even if you don't get a coffin from them you can use their services so far you're using their vault for burying your loved one..
Very organized cemetery, private and secured..
They have both imported and locally made coffins and are affordable..

Omega Funeral Home is a top notch when dealing with the embalming and burial, their staffs are indeed professionals, especially Mr ALIU SODIQ.
When my sister lost her mother in-law and I was asked to call Omega, one of their staffs was instructed to attend to me and he is somebody I will really recommend for promotion. He is not only doing the job as a staff, but his act of professionalism shows that he really knows his job. I can not tell how many times I put a call to him, also I had to connect him through many conference calls to my families outside of the country, even at odd hours of the night, he would wake up to answer my calls.

Mr Sodiq is a detailed man and never get angry, he is indeed a great asset to OMEGA Funeral Homes.

On behalf of the entire OLOPADE family I say thank you to Mr ALIU SODIQ and the entire staff of OMEGA Funeral Homes.

The reception from the entry point (gate) to the office space (customer care) was very professional. The representative on ground took time to explain in detail the services rendered and all applicable cost including VAT. On the day of event, all services requested were efficiently discharged in a timely manner. Of particular interest, is the timing used to seal/cover up the grave for the departed. The plastering was monitored all through by a supervisor while the workers cemented the slabs in place. Overall, the service is top notch if affordable.

I wouldn't be giving 4 stars if it wasn't for Daniel and Kola. Unfortunately I can't say the same for Mr Bumni Martins. Very rude and unprofessional. Overcharged us for something that was 10x the price of local prices. Wouldn't get involved with his company again.

I'm based in America and when I tell you Omega Funeral Homes made dealing with my father's untimely death easy as can be, it is not an exaggeration. At the time of his death, Omega sent their team to handle all the affairs with the hospital because myself and my siblings were not on site.

Anu was outstanding when it came to making the arrangements for the funeral. He was detail oriented and made sure that we stayed on task. On the day of the service of songs and the funeral, Christiana lead the charge to make sure that we worried about nothing.

I could go on and on about how at ease and at peace Omega made sure we remained. There was no stress and everything was handled. Even though it was a devastating time for my family, Omega made sure there were no bumps in the road.

This team is highly skilled and unmatched.

The most powerful thing that comes across is the compassion the Omega funeral team show when managing an otherwise difficult period. They provide a high level of comfort and are excellent at what they do.

The facilities are clean, well kept and constantly updated. It felt like a great home to rest our mom and we're glad we chose them.

We opted for the complete service including the hall and got great value all round from connecting at the morgue to every aspect of the funeral service and reception.

My family recently lost our father. My mother and father were married for 69+ years. In my 65 years, I have been to many funeral parlors and I can say, without a doubt, that the professionalism, accommodations, compassion and organization of Omegas staff was wonderful. They made a very challenging time less painful and we were all able to truly celebrate the life of our father, husband, uncle, mentor and friend.

The mass at the Church and procession to the cemetery was handled with solemnity and precision. We felt we were guided gently through the process without being rushed or pushed. There was reason to be pushed because of the inclement weather and the funeral following behind us at the church. However, we were shielded from all of those concerns.

I would like to share my story with any one that is going to consider Omega Funeral Home Me and my family went to the Omega Funeral Home Jan 19 2011 When I lost my mother . These people were Very Kind Very Respectful and Very Considerate to my family . They went above and beyond For my family . They are Very understanding of people finances and Did there very best to help my family . And so that is why my family went back to them sadly again this year When my father passed away . Which was even harder to pay for because my father didn't believe in paying for his death before hand .. yea I no some people would think that is dumb well yes and no .. So me being the oldest of my dads five children . It was left to me to pay because The Omega Funeral Home new I was the only one that could pay for my father.. So once again these wonderful people helped my family every way they could .. And for that I got to lay my father to rest with my mother were he wanted to be.. Job well done

After the tragic loss of my mother earlier this month we turned to Omega Funeral Home and the team to arrange her repatriation to the United Kingdom for her to be buried. In spite of the difficult time and short notice the Omega funeral home team ensured that the repatriation of the remains of my mum was delivered safely to us in Birmingham using a door to door service, the embalming was professionally done. My family and I cannot thank Omega Funeral Home enough for their sincere help and genuine expertise considering that everything was done remotely via email and telephone calls.
